XSX in alpha. Loading circle issue.

I have the same issue for the last few days Microsoft reward app times out on XSX, bing is dodgy and could not get a game pass game past the loading screen (The walking dead final season). All worked fine on Xbox one x but it seems to be broken since the dashboard update on the XSX.

We understand that you are trying to log into your account and purchase a game from Microsoft Store and is unable to because of the loading screen you are experiencing. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

This could be caused of network issues, and you might need to test your network and check your NAT Type and error message/code from the Xbox Network. Please try to perform the steps 1-9 from this support article: Troubleshoot your network connection speed | Xbox Support

Additionally, we recommend you to check your account's payment option and match the address of the card to your account. Try to purchase the game through the Microsoft Store website and see if you have issues there too.

Do you have an external hard drive attached and did you download to this drive? If you did then there won't be any difference in the loading times. To get faster loading the game must be downloaded to either the Internal drive or the optional expansion card.

I haven't tried GTA V, but I tested out Assassins Creed Odyssey today. From main menu to gaming loading took less than 15 seconds (I didn't time it accurately). I my Xbox One X it would take 1m 20s! It's only a few seconds less than my gaming PC can load.

I had this issue on XSX. Hard reset fixed the issue.
