    My internet was just fine on the xbox one. Just got my xsx today, the internet connects fine but games are very laggy (200+ ping). Before I had <80 ping basically the whole time I played games, with occasional spikes. I changed dns and the port selection, but games still run at 200+ ping for some reason. Any suggestions or similar issues?

    Xbox Series X Personalisation options

    I will have to consider that if that solution will solve my issue. I have registered my console with Microsoft and the warranty expired in 2023. I know someone who has the XSX so I will ask them and see if they have the same issue.

    Have you had many users posting issues with Personalisation on the XSX?

    Same issue here!

    I also have ps5 and other devices that work perfect.

    The delay issue is only with xsx.

    Microsoft fix this!

    Following this thread for answers. I have also run into this issue with one of my Xbox Series Xs. I have two and used to have both connected to the app. One day, I noticed my original XSX with a wired connection wasn’t listed on my app, and no matter what I try I’m unable to get it back on.

    I’ve removed my account from the console. Restarted my router and modem. The only thing I haven’t done is a clean wipe of the XSX and starting from scratch. May try that soon here.

    I removed my second XSX from the app and was able to successfully add it back onto the app. So I’m not sure if this means it’s something on the console-end, but I felt that was interesting and more justification for me to wipe the console and start from scratch.
