    XSS Random immediate powerdown Mid Gameplay


    So my XSS arrived this morning,and I did what I've always done and installed Xbox Insider and updated to the Beta preview. Installed some games and played some Forza Horizon 4,whilst downloading Call of duty. Mid game play the console just bleeped and powered down immediately with no warnings,nothing else and refused to power back on until I performed a cold boot by removing power cable and letting it sit.

    My observations where:

    The console was extremely hot to touch ( I had to move it to unplug the power)
    It is in a well ventilated area ( on windowsill with access to fresh cool air from an open window. ) so shouldn't of overheated in theory.

    Will I be able to create a bug report if I've had to remove the power to force it to power back on?

    It's not done it again,but thoughts I'd let you know.

    It's normal IMO. It sometimes takes a bit of time for the system to turn off especialy if you powerdown while using an app or game. Try to powerdown without an internet connection........ See if you get the same results. GOOD LUCK!!!

    Probably not, since they'd die immediately, but it's definitely worth a shot. Perhaps you could try Mass Paralysis mid jump instead? :D

    Well, we in xSS are planning to use Elite. But. I have trouble logging in to Elite. I don't know what the problem is, but I think Elite haven't started or there is something wrong with it.

    But, as soon it works, I'll set xSS up to the board.
