    On Project Spark, From what iv'e read you can earn credits in-game to buy the things you need for your worlds or just buy the credits with real money.
    Also there's a premium membership that lets you earn double credits and double xp.

    XP stands for Experience points. You earn it completing certain tasks in games and it helps you level up in the game.

    Credits are in-game currency used to purchase items in game. In Forza you would use credits to purchase cars or upgrades to the cars.

    The concept of double XP weekends is you get double credit for your efforts.

    There for the cap should be double too.
