XP and Achievement disappeared in Full House Poker

Hi,

I bought Full House Poker back in April 2014. I haven't played for a while. When I picked the game again, my XP was reset to 0, like it was the first time I was playing the game. No achievement available neither. How can I get my level back?

Lost Stats - money, level and xp are all gone!

Went in to play Full House Poker, had to do an update, and when I got to the option screen all my money, my player level and my xp were gone....it's like I never played the game before. I was a Level 50, had millions of dollars and xp points and now I am
a Level 1 with no money or xp points. I played in the tournaments last night and got to a Level 13 and I also did 4 of the Pro Takedowns and when I went in to play again today everything was gone again! I also see a message that says "The Full House Poker
Stat Server is not available at this time. Please try again later." My achievements and game score are still there but that's it.

My husband has Full House Poker on his XBox too....he sees the same message but all his money, level and xp points are still there.

Can someone please tell me what's going on here?!

Need to find out why Full House Poker keep downgrading my stats(money, rank, XP) Has this happened to anyone else? Am i missing something here?

 

Sorry to hear it. The only way you could lose achievements is if you've had a gamerscore reset. If you've had a reset there is no way to get those achievements back.

Thanks for your reply. How do I use the enforcement team to know if my gamescore has been reseted please?

Only that game seems to be affected. Every other games played have a savegame in hard drive or cloud.

 

You would need to log in to that link with the affected account. Click on the hammer icon and any enforcement actions would be listed there.
