Xox one m locked out of my account I'

Please try to reset the password of your account using this link, https://account.live.com/password/reset.

If you have changed the password of the account successfully, it should help you log in to the account on the console.

When you try to accept the TOU on the Xbox it will then display the Parental email address.

1) I would take the parental email to
http://account.live.com/password/reset.

2) If that fails, go to
http://account.live.com/acsr.

3) If that fails, collect the reference number from the rejection messahe and collect the Console ID from your Xbox and call Xbox Customer Support for a UE Request.

4) If all that fails, then make a new account.

Hi there. The only people who can help with this matter are those on the Xbox support line. Explain to them what has happened and they will then ask you a number of questions to verify who you. Once you pass these questions they will provide you with the
email address associated to the account.

I think my account could have overwritten something as it just pops up with this weird account with no xbox live or anything. I am pretty sure what my email is, so I don't know why it would have done this.

Could you please do the following:

1. Go to https://billing.microsoft.com
   
2. Sign-in with the Microsoft Account associated with the Xbox Account in question.
   
3. Next, click on Billing Info.

From there, make sure all of the info is filled out and correct.
