I can sue xbox beacuse the enforcement team have done something wrong and they cant ban me beacuse they think that i meant account they have to have proofs which they havent provide to me so to xbox see you guys in court its really just an unfair ban
the enforcement team should ban the booters but no no no lets ban someone we think was looking to trade accounts what a joke im gonna sue xbox and win then their gonna have to unban my account then im gonna switch to ps5 im out this service is a joke

You'll have to contact the enforcement team further on this issue then. Only the XBLPET (Enforcement Team) can ban and unban accounts.

it had to have been a enforcement team member cause it popped on my actual bans but had no detail of why And it wouldn't let me appeal, I've told to support and I have been told they can't do anything that I need to get contact with enforcement team. but there is no way or at Least I don't have a way to do that since I can't appeal

if it wasn't a team member on your side could someone then please unban and reregister my account please? I've been talking and emailing people the last two days with either no reply or help
