    XOSevens wont pick up my voice


    Just purchased the new XboxOne XOSeven turtlebeaches, I've installed the update for both my controllers and used the stereo adapter however in game voice and party won't pick up my voice, I can hear game audio clear but just my voice isn't being picked
    up. I've not a clue as to why this is happening? If someone could recommend a step or whether this is a known issue that I can't find then any help would be appreciated.

    XBOX ONE MIC NOT RESPONDING

    So i have had my mic now for a while and a couple of weeks ago it stopped responding to my voice...i have tried everything but its not working...its says the mic is plugged in but it wont pick up my voice

    The same thing is happening to me but with the official MS Stereo Headset. Hopefully it's a firmware issue but its coming across like they put out a barely functional headset adapter.

    Same thing is happening to me, but i just ordered in an XOSEVEN... the MS stereo headset wont work at the moment either, so hoping the XOSEVEN will work, any suggestions?
