    I have xbox one s and my hdd in it broke. So i bought the same hdd. Do i need connect the new one to computer and put in there the script from internet or i can just simply dissembly xbox and put it in there without doing anything with it before.

    this is something you will have to search elsewhere for, they don't allow self repair help on here which is daft really. (just a hint though) the new drive will need setting up first.

    A HDD failure, send them to repair and they have been working wonders ever since! Have my dad my XONE FAT and my brother my XONE X and I'm now playing on a Series X!

    Unfortunately, it seems an issue with the HDD my pop's XOne had a similar issue, we took it to repair and it seems like a lot of users have reported thisbissue after years of using the first model of the XOne, I suggest taking the console for repair!
