Xobx Elite Series 2 Controller - I give up Microsoft

I have 2 Xbox Elite Series 2 controllers sitting in front of me, both have the same defect, both within the extended warranty Microsoft supposedly issued for this product. Both started having connectivity issues shortly after the return window closed from
Amazon. One controller only functions with a wire connected and the other that is new started exhibiting the same behavior the other did so I know where this is going. Microsoft apparently is aware of the issue and extended the warranty so both my controllers
are covered; however, when I try to create RMA's through their own system one serial number doesn't come back and the other just says it's out of warranty (but it is still within the extended warranty). Going on Amazon, there are countless other people with
issues similar to mine, and even Microsoft has issued a statement on it.

I tried reaching out to support but you aren't able to get a hold a person. Trying to use the site will result in you clicking links that lead you in circles and general advice from other forums is to try and lie to get a hold of someone. I tried calling,
but the automated system just refers you to the site and round-and-round you go.

Both are supposed to be premium products and cost a lot of money. When the first died out completely I thought I could suck it up and buy another hoping that it would be a "good" controller. Turns out I was wrong. Congratulations Microsoft, you duped
me twice and I can only blame myself.

This is a burned bridge for me so I won't be a customer of your products in the future if I can help it. I only hope some poor fool reads this and I'm able to change your mind or I hope you get lucky and get one of the "good" ones.
