XO Four headset - audio issues

Has anyone else experienced any issues with these headsets or the new adapter? Im getting a regular burst of very choppy sound that lasts up to a minute before going back to normal. This repeats every 5-10 mins. The sound just drops completely for split
seconds but every couple of seconds - making you feel quite queasy.

Ive tested it on two separate controllers but same thing occurs. It's only the audio in the headset that is affected - audio to TV during the choppiness in the headphones is perfect.

If I'm understanding what I'm reading on their site, the box does include the Xbox One audio adapter - the "Package Contents" from the XO-Four page
on Turtle Beach's site says:

I'm having the same issue. I even returned them and got another set. It's especially bad when using the upload studio. I'm hoping it's only a software issue and that this will be fixed with an update or something. I wonder if the XO Seven has this issue

Yes the XOsevens also have this issue and chat cut out as well. Turtlebeach is aware of the issue and have contacted Microsoft about it.

It's Microsofts issue, I'm pretty sure Turtle Beach had nothing to do with the creation of the adapters. Turtle Beach, just make the headsets and ship it with the adapter, which is crafted by Microsoft. Also, I have an adapter for my pc, which allows me
to use the microphone and the audio from the XO fours, and they work great.
