XNA Creators Club - strong problem.

Good morning,

I have got a strong problem.

On my university (Poland) I decided to create a game in XNA for XboX 360. Problem's there that I can not change my thesis, because it is accepted by my promoter. I even bought an XboX 360 today, I made XboX Live account and took the 12-month App Hub membership
by a student. My problem is that I can not download XNA stuff on my XboX, website tells me that this content is not available for my country.

I need to get some way for obtaining it until end of September 2014. I do not want to publish games for sale or something like that, I just want to make an offline game for my exam. Please help me, give me the opportunity to use it.

Yeah you can use any of the two websites. Creators Club is part of MSDN designed for XNA application development. Creators Club is good, as there is loads of tools and support for writing applications for PC, Xbox & Windows Phone devices.

How are you finding Visual Studio & XNA?

I have just signed up for Windows Phone Developer account for the 3rd year now. This time I can not get access to XNA on the xbox. I need help to understand why I can no longer access the XNA on the xbox 360. I have a gold family package which my account
is the primary. I have a windows phone developer account which is meant to be the same as the creators club account. When I start XNA on the xbox I get the following error "One of the currently signed-in profiles doesn't has an app hub membership".

Before this year if you got a windows phone developmer account you also got an XBOX xna creators club account. I need to know how I can access the xbox developer xna program now?

This may not be a solution for you, and if not, another Ambassador will certainly provide an alternative.

But, it is possible to Change Your Region associated with your Xbox360 to another world's region that will allow you to download XNA content. I am not sure which regions allow this, but if you change regions, you are locked into that region for a minimum
of 3 months and it may affect your ability to use local currency in the marketplace.

 

AntacidObject66 - I do believe that it is against the TOS to use the account migration too as a way to circumvent regional laws and gain access to other marketplaces.
