    XL Pack is gone after story mode


    Dear support team,

    I have purchased a XL Pack and used successfully [Removed by mod], but after I finished the Story Mode purchased fighters are now not anymore active to choose. Could you please return them back since I paid for that? Thank you.

    All progress deleted

    I was playing GTA 5 story mode and I decided I wanted to play online. But it said I had to download a new compatibility pack, so I did. After that it brought me straight back to story mode and all of my progress was gone.

    Not a complete down load of xl and packs

    downloaded Mortal Kombat XL with extra character packs. However it gave me the majority of the characters only one playable map and cannot play additional characters or the story mode. What else needs to be done to have the full game and characters
