    Can you get banned for using a XIM4? How could you know if someone is using one? How would you get enough factual information in order to ban them that they are using a XIM4? I don't use one or anything but I'm curious.

    Don't know if this helps, but in this forum
    xim4.com/.../index.php     they seem to have gotten them to work; albeit with a extra cable.

    You can use a xim4 to emulate. it's kind of a pretty good alternative.

    This device can allow an unfair advantage in games by allowing you to use a keyboard and mouse, so it could be worth a potential ban sooner or later.

    For security reasons, Microsoft doesn't disclose their methods for detecting unauthorized hardware on the Xbox.

    Yeah, it provides an advantage but there are youtubers with thousands of subscribers who openly show they use a XIM4 and they still aren't banned. It makes me think that Microsoft can't really ban you for it and these people are above it all
