    My account got suspended for 2 weeks, the exact date the 27th was the day my suspension was supposed to be uplifted , I got online my account was able to play online again but I’m still not able to communicate with others online, my account should uplifted
    from the suspension and I should be all clear to play and to talk

    Some games do now require an online play license, sometimes called a VIP Pass. They give these codes away with new disc purchases, but anyone buying it after the fact must pay for this VIP Pass.

    Furball: This isn't an issue with the game file that can be solved by calling Xbox Support. The game developer requires an extra VIP Access Code to play their game online and this is not included in the purchase of Games on Demand.

    Suspensions end at the same time they were issued.

    For example if the suspension was issued at 2:30pm then it will end at 2:30pm on the date the suspension is due to end.
