    Hello,

    So I've been a part of xbox for less than a year, and I have had Xbox Game Pass and Live Gold but never had Game Pass Ultimate before. Then I just found out my live gold subscription expired, so I thought I would try game pass ultimate, and I had $5 on my
    Microsoft account, and I went to get game pass ultimate in the Microsoft store and it said my first month cost $1 so I went to buy it and it said I do not have $14.99 XGP ultimate problem? :(. Is there a way I can get the deal correctly?

    In order to use the funds in your account, you have to have a credit card/Paypal on file or enough funds in your account for the next payment. It's because it starts a recurring subscription and the system wants to make sure you can make the next payment.
