[XGP - The Outer Worlds] IndianaWindowsStore-Win64-Shipping.exe ERROR when closing the game

Every time you quit The Outer Worlds (Xbox Game Pass version) the "TheOuterWorlds.exe" and "IndianaWindowsStore-Win64-Shipping.exe" executables hang for about a minute before closing, and then the following error is reported in Event Viewer and Reliability

The game runs fine while playing, the only issue is the application not shutting down correctly when closing. There are multiple reports of the issue (see below) and we've ruled out any common culprits: OSD overlays, GeForce Experience,
Precision X1, MSI Afterburner.
The issue does not occur on the Epic Games store version because the error is directly related to the "IndianaWindowsStore-Win64-Shipping.exe" faulting application. The application is up to date from the Microsoft Store, and I do
not receive the same error from any other XGP games.

Are you referring to the Feedback option in the app? I looked for somewhere to submit a report and it asked me to install a separate app. I figured this would be the best place, since that seemed for like a report on the app itself.

I am having a similar issue except my game is no longer launching. I can see this .exe running as a child process under the game itself but, the game never starts.

Hello, I suggest you make a Report on the Xbox(Beta) App, like the app is Test Version

I really enjoy The Outer Worlds and Dead Cells. There are so many great games on XGP it's up to what you prefer.
