Xfinity app issues

Lately I have been experiencing an issue with Xfunity where shows show as available but when you try to access them the app freezes, and or doesnt show any shows you can wartch. I also find that a lot of the shows dont have "cover art" and only show a
name in my favorites with a blanked out white square where a picture would be. The other issue is it says my favorites are maxed at 30; however I only have around 11 favorites selected.

Xfinity/comcast on 360

So Xfinity/comcast was coming to xbox360, And there was a app for it on the coming soon page.

But now that app (Xfinity) is not there any more.. Has xfinity backed down.???

If the Xfinity app does not show in the app marketplace (like it did for me), search for it "Xfinity"

Yeah I'm getting similar/additional problems. Episodes/artwork missing, not playing, not updating. So I start a season and can't continue it because the episode I tried to watch for the last two weeks is already gone. This *** me off. Not sure if it's
xbox or xfinity's fault, but since the latter already sucks I'll address my, "fu©k you; your app is an abortion; get your *** straight," to them.

 

It's been five days since Xbox put up a message saying "They're working on it." What the hell? My guess is they have discarded all the Xbox 360 users and only care about Xbox One now.

 

Yes, this has been a real pain! I cannot keep up on my favorite shows. Although I am happy that Xbox is "aware of the issue", I wish that they and Xfinity would get this problem corrected soon! I would hate for them to lose customers because apps that
draw people in to their product never work.
