Xenoverse Pre-Order Dlc missing Xbox ONE

I pre-order the digital version of Xenoverse in Xbox one, I download the pre-order dlc, I can see the dlc installed in the hardrive, but is not working on the game. PLease help me!! any idea how to make it work!! I already deleted and installed again with
no Luck!! .

It's not fair that DRAGON BALL Xenoverse 2 Pre-Order Bonus is available and can be purchased for $4.99 however Dragon Ball Xenoverse Exclusive Pre-Order content cannot be purchased what so ever. It's been like 3-4 years I'm sure that everyone that has pre
ordered Xenoverse 1 has already moved on to Xenoverse 2 or maybe even to FighterZ, no matter how you look at it it's about time to put that DLC for people like me who wasn't able to get the game as a pre order but was able to get it years later when it was
already too late. And before anyone says that it is not possible, let me remind you that they are the same kind of DLC meaning that they both had a limited number of releases before they discontinued them however after Xenoverse 2 was released it later got
that same limited pre order DLC for $4.99 even though Xenoverse 1 didn't get the same treatment. So if Bandai Namco can rerelease Goku Black to the public why can't they do the same thing for Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta it's literally the same exact kind of DLC. Please
Microsoft and Bandai Namco make this happen and thank you in advance if it is made possible.

 

I also have the same problem. I know there's a fix for the PS4 version but I haven't seen anything about a fix for the Xbox one. :/

 

Hey there, Luvlbstr! I'm very sorry to see that the content isn't working for you! I have some steps to see if we can get this content working for you. :3

• Verify the pre-order shows on commerce.microsoft.com
  
• Remove your profile
• Power cycle console by holding the power button for about 8 seconds until it shuts off
  
• Add your profile back onto the console
• Uninstall game+DLC and re-install game+DLC
• Download the normal release version of the game.

The current work around for this is to install the normal game to your console. This has given others access to the pre-order DLC when the pre-order game hasn't. Please give that a try and then post back your results!

 

I don't know why is always problems with the dlc, is not the first time I have problems! I hope this get a fix soon!! and not have to wait a month like the Sahdows of mordor dlc!! Common Microsoft you have to test everything before release!!. I like to
support the companies buying in pre-order but I had very bad experiences lately . Please let me know *** to fix it!!.

I only reinstalled the game and everything showed up.

 

hi i dont have the digital game i have the travel edition a friend of mine put the dlc and everthing work ok....but mine not i reinstal the game and the dlc and nothing happend plz help me to find a way to work this out

 

I have the hard copy day one addition of the game. I have been having the exact same problem. It has even extended to the first instalment of the season pass, I can not access the first DLC either. Both the preorder content and the first instalment of the
season pass have downloaded properly and I can see them when I manage the game. I have tried all the steps listed before. However, I may not have done the last one correctly. I am not sure what you mean by downloading the normal (base) version of the game,
as I couldn't find anything else to download. But I have done all the other steps twice and it hasn't helped at all. It's getting a little frustrating as it takes a very long time for the game to re-install.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything else I can do.
