Xenoverse download keeps cancelling

Before anyone asks: My download speed is just fine (more than 8Mbps), I've deleted the incomplete download from my storage every time it's cancelled itself, I've cleared my 360's cache, I have nothing else connected to the internet while trying to download
(only just now turned on a computer to make this thread), and my 360 has more than enough hard drive space to store the download.

That being said, why does my download keep cancelling itself? I can get up to about 10% if I'm lucky, then it cancels itself. It's bad enough that it takes more than two hours to download a game on my 360 as it is, but to have this issue go on and on and
on for more than three hours now... I either need a solution or a way to get my money back. Spending $50 on a game that Live refuses to let me download isn't exactly my idea of a decent purchase.

1. Yes, it was no problem a while back, bigger DLC just complete in 1 go instead of 20 restarts

2. Nope, I have this 120gb HDD a few years now and no problems so far. Also installing games from the disc to HDD is no problem.

3. My account region indeed matches the physical location

Download keeps cancelling

I have over 40GB free space left and when I download im at the marketplace itself so that cant be the problem.

 

Download just cancelled itself again. If I can get my $50 back, please tell me how. I'd honestly rather just drive to a physical store and buy a physical copy than waste my entire night trying to download a game that Live just refuses to let me download.

 

Another few hours later and it seems like it's finally downloading successfully. Glad the ordeal is over and will not be buying a digital game again. Huge waste of both my time and money.

 

Many hours later, my download has finally completed successfully.

Not going to be paying Microsoft for a digital game again any time soon, if ever. I could have driven to more than a dozen different retailers and come back with a different game from each of them in the time it took this single game to download successfully.
Until Microsoft can get their downloads with Live to function as quickly and efficiently as downloads on PCs, tablets, and other devices, digital downloads like this just seem like a huge waste of time and money.

 

I need my money back because my game is not working at all an all the games I paid for are down the drain
