Xenoverse Connection Problems

Friend and I can't play Xenoverse together; we keep getting random, different disconnection issues every time we try to make a match together, and it's taking up to an hour to even play ONE game together. I've Googled issues and problems for it and apparently
it's extremely common, but no fixes were found whatsoever, and most of the results I'm finding are for Steam.

Sometimes while in the multiplayer lobby as well - connected, but playing solo - it disconnects me personally, too.

How can we fix this?

I have literally been trying for almost six hours now and I cannot connect to any game modes at all for Xenoverse; no matches are found and it's usually immediately disconnecting me right after, and it's taking several tries from backing out to the main
menu to even connect back to the multiplayer.

I do NOT have any issues with any other games like this. Only this one.

 

Anyone? It's still happening.

Unknown; I don't see why that matters since this is the ONLY game that does this.

One Xbox One and one 360; the 360 is not on at the same time as the One.

When I get no matches found it says "No room that matched your conditions was found."

When I get disconnected or when it won't connect it says "Your profile does not have access to online multiplayer. The following features will not be available : multi lobby, online battles and online parallel quests, timespace delivery, auto-patrols."

After it disconnects me it then takes me back to the main menu of the game and sometimes a second popup comes up that can say one of three things, one of which is from the game, the other two an Xbox popup stating that the service isn't available.

 

Can I get some help with this please?

 

With the "Your profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live" it is an issue with subscription. I would try to start a party if it lets you it's not a subscription issue and likely an issue with one of the ports or more of the ports not being opened for the
game. If that's the case I would preform a DMZ on your console which your ISP can do for you otherwise phone support can walk you through it as well.

 

To clarify ISP means Internet service provider. DMZ is a setting in your router which will open all ports for your console.

 

It's not a subscription issue because it doesn't happen all the time, only most of the time, and this is the ONLY game that does it.

Why would I need to open ports for it?

 

Okay there is seven ports for Xbox to use the service, however each game has additional ports. Simplist way if your not familiar with your router settings is to contact a connectivity agent I highly recommend you do that. 1800-4MY-XBOX
