    Xenoverse compatibility pack issue

    I got Dragonball Xenoverse on the x360 and after downloading, redownloading and redownloading last week' s compatibility pack, the game / my xbox still insistsI do not have it. " You lack some of the downloadabel content data, so some features will not be
    available to you.

    To gain access to these features, please download the Dragon Ball Xenoverse Compatability Pack 1 from the Xbox Games Store."

    Can it only be found on an xbl Gold account or something? Because that popup is getting quite annoying to be honest.

    Though I fear of using my usb drive, because I'm afraid of losing my old save. (Just beat the storymode for the first time), the system says it can' t copy or move my xenoverse folder between the hdd and the usb. (yes, usb key has been configured)

    I have tried everything on Xbox 360 Download Problems | Cannot Play Previously Downloaded Content

    Tried on USB but still same issue

    there was and old post in the Forum but there was no solution to it

    The Dragon Ball Xenoverse Compatibility Pack is for online users only.

    "This is a free compatibility pack for Dragon Ball Xenoverse online users. It is required for online play."

    This means that those with a Gold who wish to play with or against others online need this compatibility pack. As your account is Silver you cannot use it.

    Well could it be fixed so that the game / my system doesn' t tell me that when:

    -starting the game

    -after every bloody paralel quest

    Because honestly it looks like an error message and is very, very, annoying.

    I am Gold, redownloaded it about 5 times today... Tried Installing the game on the console, tried copying everything to cloud, tried deleting EVERYTHING (except for the save data), redownload EVERYTHING again and it still doesn't work...

    SFreak Daniel. Sorry to hear that you are having issues as well. However, your gamertag shows that you are a Silver member, not Gold.

    If you have recently purchased the membership then try heading to Settings>System>Network and run a Connection Test. This will log out your gamertag and when you log back in the Gold membership will have populated.

    If that doesn't work then you should contact phone support for more assistance or check other gamertags that you may have on the console to ensure that you didn't accidentally place the membership on another account.

    Finally, I did also want to add that if you've purchased a trial membership from someone that those memberships only offer some access to online features and do not guarantee that you'll be able to play online multiplayer games. Trial memberships are usually
    limited only to the games that they came packaged with.

  9. I already shut down my console and turned it on again, I assume it's the same thing as doing the Network thingie?

    I didn't place the membership on another account, I just played another game online, but DBX won't work...

    Turning the console off is not the same thing. You can also double check that the membership was added at commerce.microsoft.com. Again, if it shows that it is supposed to be there then you'll need to contact phone support for further assistance.

    Your tag is now showing as having a Gold membership so everything should be working properly for you now though.

    Of course a moderator wouldn't care to come by and offer some Support (hopefully better support than the Support)...

    It's so typical for Microsoft... They have expectations for us PAYING a subscribtion to play the games we BOUGHT from THEM to be able to play online and still they never offer any true support... Numerous times I contacted the Support and wasted hours and
    never really received any help...

    I should've sticked with PlayStation. I can't tell for sure if they offer better support or not but... At least they don't try to rip people off... If you buy their games you're free to play online as much as you please...
