    Can anyone tell me why my dlc pack that I downloaded does not work. I uninstalled it and installed it again but I cannot seems to find any of the content on the game.

    Glitch in the store that made me buy a game and get another one free. What.

    So I pre-ordered Xenoverse 2, it downloaded both Xenoverse 1 (Which I did
    NOT buy) and a 100mb Xenoverse 2 file (For some pre-order thing). Anyways, when I went to the purchased section in my profile it said I bought Xenoverse 1 not Xenoverse 2 (it also charged 39.99+ dollars) but I'm 100% sure I bought Xenoverse
    2 (Why would it download the pre-order thing then?)

    That's odd that you're seeing Xenoverse 1 instead of Xenoverse 2. If you power cycle your Xbox One, does it still show Xenoverse 2 as purchased in the Xbox Store? Let's get you in contact with
