I've had the same issue except mine was after redownloading the game all of my games work fine except dbzx2 the exact message I'm getting is (this save data cannot be used because its tp medal purchase information does not match the current to medal purchase
information to use this save data please re download the add ons you have purchased or purchase the neccsary tp medals) which would cost much more than the game I'm not gonna do it I won't play have you guys found a fix for this yet.

Xenoverse 2 Save Data and Xbox Live Problem

Happy to help troubleshoot those issues, can you send us photos of any error messages you are seeing on the console?

Let's also have you
remove your profile,
power cycle the console, and then sign back in and test the game once more.

To be sure, are you seeing issues with any other games or just this one?

I tried that before when I was in chat with a volunteer here, but I am unable to re-add my account on to my console.

I honestly don't know why this is happening.

About a week ago, I got into a chat with one of your volunteers about the problem. He decided we go through some troubleshooting steps to try and resolve it. What we tried was another power cycle, but this time I had to delete my account from my console.
After I turn the system back on, I'm told to re-add my account.....except the console wouldn't let me add it back in! And it was about to that point where we lost connection with each other, and I've been stuck with this problem ever since.

The last thing I tried was to reboot the console and our internet router; again, that failed to work, too. So, for over a week, I've been without Xbox Live connections, my account, and my games...

Actually, it might be better if I explain the situation a bit more from the beginning. Here goes...

So, let me brief you on my problem. On the evening of Friday the 6th, I noticed my Xbox One not being able to connect to Xbox Live, despite being connected to our wireless internet router. I didn't think much of it, so I turned it off and left it alone.
Come Sunday the 8th, I turn it on again, and still no Xbox Live connecting. Then I decide to try my game, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. I get to the title screen and try to log in to play it, but the game kept having difficulties syncing the save data, making
it unplayable for me.

I look up numerous videos on YouTube to see what the problem was; some even had tips on how to fix it, but none of them worked. Many of them have me power cycle the console to try and fix the problem, but that didn't work. One video suggested that I try
syncing my game's data again, hit "try again" when it fails, then tell it to cancel when it tries again; it works when I tried a different game, but with Xenoverse 2 I apparently lost access to my DLC, there's a problem with the transactions of buying the
game's special currency, TP Medals, AND my save data can't be accessed for some reason. At that point, my options are to either erase my save data and start over from scratch (which I do NOT want to do after everything I've done in the game) or just not play
at all. This whole thing had me frustrated fro quite a bit, as you can imagine.

I'm sorry if this was a lot to throw at you, but that is pretty much the extent of my problem.

We are looking to see what causes you to not be able to connect or sign in, in order for us to do this we will need a photo of the message you get when you are not able to sign in and have you attempt a wired connection to your router.

Post back once you have tested an Ethernet cable and have a photo of the sign in error.

I can't do an Ethernet test because I don't use it. I'm wireless only. And the top image I posted before; that's the message I get whenever I tried to sign in/re-add my account.

It's the one that says, "Try Again Later;
There was a problem, and we couldn't continue. (0x80a40019)"

We would need this test to be completed to ensure we know what the root of the issue is. Be sure to let us know when you are able to test this on your own network or at a friend's house.

We...may not have to now. When I got a family member to look at it, it started working right off the bat. I'm able to sign in, I'm logged on to Xbox Live again, and Xenoverse 2 is working perfectly again with all of my save data intact. It's left me dumbfounded,
but I'm happy now!

Sorry to hear about this issue. I recommend contacting
Bandai support directly for support since the troubleshooting listed on
the Original thread didn't seem to help this issue.

In that support link above, you have the options to go with the online help desk or to email them directly.

Aside from that, you can try going into the "Manage game" section by pressing start on Xenoverse 2. Check for any content to install from there.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. When playing the game were you connected to the internet and online? First try a

power cycle of the console. If so you can
uninstall and reinstall your profile. This will have the game sync and may get your latest save.

I recommendtaking a moment to view your Xbox purchase history online
to confirm the purchase for the TP Metal Pack.
