    Xenoverse 2 packs disappeared


    bought xenoverse 2 when it was on sale with a bunch of packs and I played it and I deleted it and I was going to get back into the game and when I tried to reinstall the packs where gone I went through my app and games and add ina and there missing they don’t show up on order history I’ve tried resetting my Xbox I’ve tried everything and I can’t play because I have packs that gave me to medals and the game won’t let me play unless I buy more What do I do?

    May I know exactly the edition of the game you purchased?
    Or did you separately purchase the game packs?

    To verify the ownership of the game and its packs, please review your account order history on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If it's not showing there, it's possible that you purchased them from a different account. If you have other accounts or email addresses, please check them one by one on the Microsoft website.

    You may also refer to your mailboxes for the order confirmation email.

    The Dragon Ball Xenoverse Compatibility Pack is for online users only.

    "This is a free compatibility pack for Dragon Ball Xenoverse online users. It is required for online play."

    This means that those with a Gold who wish to play with or against others online need this compatibility pack. As your account is Silver you cannot use it.
