Xenoverse 2 (can't play online)

I have had the same issue, can play any other game online but Xenoverse 2. I can even see people in the Hub running around and can't find any online matches or groups. I am trying a reinstall of the game to see if that fixes it.

The Dragon Ball Xenoverse Compatibility Pack is for online users only.

This means that those with a Gold who wish to play with or against others online need this compatibility pack. As your account is Silver you cannot use it.

Please make sure that your PC meets the minimum requirements for Xenoverse 2 because compatibility issues can cause crashes.

And then update graphics drivers. Check if your GPU drivers are up to date. Visit the manufacturer's website (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) to download the latest drivers.

Next is to run as administrator. To do this, right-click the game icon and select Run as Administrator.

Then disable full-screen mode by pressing Alt + Enter to toggle between full-screen and windowed mode.

After that is to check monitor refresh rate. Set your monitor's refresh rate to 60 Hz. Higher refresh rates can sometimes cause compatibility problems with certain games.

Make sure as well to close any unnecessary applications running in the background, for they might interfere with the game.
