You would need to contact your ISP for assistance.

 

First of all, your IP is like an address in a phone book, or a google maps search. You can't prevent people from finding your online IP address, and if you have configured your router properly, the firewall in the router will block people from getting into
your home network.

So you do NOT have to worry about people finding your IP address. If you have issues with someone attacking your IP address, pull the cable from your modem/router that connects to the internet, wait about a minute and connect the modem back.

This will give you a new IP address.

If you get threats from someone who says they found out your IP, bring up their gamertag profile on the console and block their profile.

Do not go into the same game lobby or party chat with that person, as that allows them to find your IP address.

As for your account security:

Go to
https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage and make sure your account has a strong password, and that you have Two Step Verification enabled (further down on that page).

If it is enabled, also set up the free authenticator app with instructions on that page.

That way, no hacker can get into your account.

Also check at the top of the page if your security info is up to date, that it contains ONLY emails and phone numbers you know and own.

If there are outdated phone numbers or emails, or if there are emails or phone numbers that you don't recognize, remove these.

If a hacker was able to get into your account already, and left their own email there, they could recover your account with an email or phone number left on your account.

Also make sure you have secured your email account properly.
