Xcom2 game crashes repeatedly

Spoiler: it’s long and I apologize in advance

I am really getting p*ssed off with Xcom2. I love the game it is louds of fun but every damn time I play it since I bought the digital copy and all of the available dlc in September of last year it creates a loud buzzing noise through my TV, freezes, then
crashes back to my Xbox one home screen. Originally I thought it was because I purchased a used Xbox one from GameStop but the problem persisted through a total of(what I thought were defective) 3 used Xbox one consoles and a brand new one! After buying an
entirely brand new console the game still continues to create a buzzing noise, freeze, and then crash back to my home screen, and it happens at completely random intervals, whether I’m saving, transferring between missions, customizing soldiers, entering
the world map, or even leaving after selecting new research for Dr Tygan. Sometimes it happens literally the instant I resume playing after loading back in, sometimes it’s hours apart and sometimes it happens practically every 15 or so damn minutes!!! I am
at my wits end with this after trying the following solutions and getting no results:

1: exchanging consoles hoping for the problem to go away

2: contacting Xbox support for the following failed sub results:

1: essentially wiping the console clean to factory status then re-downloading EVERYTHING back onto the console

2: Removing each game one at a time then playing without the removed game to see if the problem persists(only successful when Xcom2 was removed go figure)

3: plugging the Xbox into different wall sockets and different TVs

3:being told that Xcom2 being a digital copy, shouldn’t/couldn’t possibly be the reason why I’m having this problem as they have never heard of this problem ever happening before ever, and because it’s a digital copy it should be working perfectly without
any problems 24/7.

I’m really fricken angry and frustrated. I just want to be able to play a game I spent almost, if not more than, $100 on without any problems and enjoy it and relax but every game I have but Xcom2 is running perfectly! Even my slightly scratched used copies of
Halo Wars 2 and Resident Evil origins remastered are running perfectly! Even my digital download of World of Tanks is running perfect! So why is my $100 purchase of a game and dlc getting worse/no performance compared to my free to play games and my $15 used
games!!?? I really need help with this I would hate to just say “Here Microsoft, take my $100 just so I can get one of my favorite games and then uninstall it never to use it again because it keeps f***ing up over and over! But have a great time with my money
while basically get a defective game in return! Bye thanks!”

Please if anyone has experienced this or anything close to the problem I’m having which is again “a loud buzzing noise coming through my TV and then freezing and crashing only one game(in this case the aforementioned Xcom2)” and have had the problem fixed
in any way please post it. I’m sooooo desperate to be able to enjoy my currently favorite game and not have to worry about when it will crash next.

I apologize for the extremely long post/rant/request for help.
