    Hello,

    I've been trying to play Fable 2 and The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion, I save the game then close it, when I come back the saves are gone. I saw that my password length might be a problem, so I reset to something smaller. I also delete my Xbox 360 profile and downloaded it again. Whatever I do the saves don't stay once I resume the games later.

    If anyone knows how I can fix this, thanks

    I am playing using xbox cloud gaming at https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play on the Microsoft Edge browser on Linux. I doubt the platform or browser are the cause of this. I also tried on Android.

    I'm sorry to hear that I know this is stressful and infuriating but so far the service is in beta and it's not the final version yet and bugs like these can happen. I recommend that you give your feedback using the tool on the system so the developers can work on a fix.

    Xbox Play Anywhere game doesn't support cloud saves - but that's an integral feature!

    Cloud enabled refers to Xcloud game streaming, not cloud saves.

    Hello David, Xcloud is a completely cloud-based platform, even if you play through the Xbox app it will not leave the save on the PC or device, the same happens when you play an Xcloud game through the browser.

    What happens is that all information and progress of your games are saved in your Xbox/Microsoft account.

    Fable 4 is due out soon and fable 1 was remade

    what you are playing is the original 360 copy not a remastered

    You will have this issue with xcloud and xbox one as long as you are going to play backwards compatible titles

    Xcloud xbox one titles are current gen and are NOT geo restricted

    Xbox 360 games have been georestricted from xbox original days and only a few titles of those are not region locked

    Xcloud is geo restricted too ao if you goto England you can use your xgu but.Not xbox 360 till you change the account region

    Xbox 360 goes by your physical location and your account region which can only be changed every 90days
