Discus and support xCloud Terms, NDAs, etc. in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I read the terms and they make sense, no streaming/recording etc., but I'm not sure of the bounds of "publicly perform".     I read the terms and they make sense, no streaming/recording etc., but I'm not sure of the bounds of "publicly perform". Can I show it to my siblings and let them play? Can I show it to someone at work? Anyone have any insight?

    I Have been invited Preview Program 6 times now and i still haven't received the invite!

    It depends what terms you are under. Some people are under NDA, while others are given permission.

    You are supposed to post all issues with the beta in the preview forums as per the nda you signed

    And id read the terms and conditions of rhe beta if i were you there is something in there you should read not nessarily bad but you should read it not concerning the nda but sometimg else
