  1. Xcloud preview on 2.4 ghz Wi-fi.

I recently got selected for Xcloud Previe in Mexico, I got an internet speed of 100 Mbps and a router with a 5 ghz Wi fi band, sadly my phone is only compatible with 2.4 ghz and when I use the Xcloud app, every game is unplayable, is there any workaround for this? I assume not but still wanna know.

Also, when is xcloud going to launch for PC and widely in Mexico?

Are you on 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. You should really be on the latter

When I remote play on my mobile device I get try again in a while error message

Yes, it could be the case!

If you're on a wireless network, make sure you're on a 5 GHz network, not 2.4 GHz (on a 2.4 GHz wireless network you may see some interference). See Using a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network below.

You can also try a different connection network to see if it corrects the issue!

Why does my laptop download stuff 10x faster than my gaming pc?

Hi Robson, my name is Oskayra it is my pleasure to answer your question.

The reason is that your laptop has a faster Wi-Fi adapter than your gaming computer. Your laptop's Wi-Fi adapter is a 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz model, which means it can connect to Wi-Fi networks on both bands. In contrast, your gaming computer's Wi-Fi adapter only supports the 2.4 GHz band.

The 2.4 GHz band is more common and has a longer range than the 5 GHz band. However, it is also more congested, which can affect download speeds. The 5 GHz band is less congested and can offer faster download speeds.

To fix this you have to buy a more advanced wifi adapter or try using the ethernet cable connection.

I hope my answer has clarified your doubts and has been useful, if so let me know, remember that your answer is important to me. If you have any other problem do not hesitate to contact me.

    Best Regards, Oskayra

    XboxOne really supports 5Ghz?

    Hi

Sorry but I don´t have headsets wireless... Then XBOX ONE don´t support wireless high velocity.

It's better a computer than console xbox ? are you sure ?
The point I was trying to make was about signal interference.

If you can't connect your console with a wired connection, check to see if your home router supports dual-band connections (both 2.4-GHz and 5-GHz Wi-Fi connections). If your home router is dual band, try moving your Xbox One console
to the 5-GHz router connection and move other wireless devices to the 2.4-GHz router connection.
While 5-GHz Wi-Fi has shorter range than 2.4-GHz Wi-Fi, it can also have less overlap with other wireless networks and therefore perform better.

Xbox 360 won't pick up my wifi

Sometimes the Xbox connection works well except when other Wi-Fi devices are running on the home network and Internet. Wireless signal interference can cause Wi-Fi devices to perform sluggishly or lose connection, particularly when running on the 2.4 GHz
band. To avoid this problem, try changing the Wi-Fi channel number or by relocating nearby wireless equipment further away from the console.
