    Hey all! First post here, and this is my first time on an Xbox platform since the 360 days, so I’m extremely excited to run through game pass on xcloud until a can get my hands on a Series X. Having several issues though. I purchased the share button (next gen) controller and am having both lag and generally very erratic input (crouch in Halo Ce barely usable.) Is this a controller update issue? A 14.6 issue? I’ve seen both mentioned as possible causes. I understand lag is part of the reality of cloud gaming but this has been significantly worse than I’ve had on Nvidia or stadia and my internet is gig speed.

    Second, very strange, low audio artifacts. Sounds a bit like a bass-ey horse galloping. This is coming from the iPad’s speakers. Inconsistent and bizarre. Otherwise both the audio and video quality have been stellar.

    Controller lag in cloud gaming

    This is one of the major issues with xCloud that I hope are fixed before it is out of beta. This likely has nothing to do with your controller, but is instead just something you have to deal with when playing over a wireless connection.

    I have the same input lag you’re experiencing on my iPad Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, but do not have this issue when I play on my M1 MacBook Air that is connected to the internet through a wired connection.

    Since xCloud is being heavily advertised for use on mobile devices, let’s hope Microsoft is able to fix this quickly. We’re still in a beta period here.

    Xbox one controller Bluetooth interference with Bluetooth headset on iPad Pro

    I'm actually working with Apple support on this now. Same issue -- Xbox One Bluetooth controller (1708) when paired to an iPad Pro 2020 4th Gen (13.5.1) causes the audio to cut out on headphones also connected to the iPad, when a button is pressed. I've
    already gone through the motions with them: 2 different Bose headsets, 2 generic Bluetooth earbuds, Air Pods, and 4 different Xbox controllers all result in the same issue.

    When I create the same pairings to an iPhone XS, everything is fine, so I'm assuming it's not the controller or headphones.

    I'll post back when I hear more from them, in case anyone else is having the issue (which I assume they would be).

    I don't really take my Xbox with me on vacation. I will play some games on my iPad or phone. Next vacation I'll probably bring my Xbox controller to play on Project xCloud.
