XCloud Not Avaliable in my country

As per the
Cloud Gaming FAQ "Cloud gaming with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is available in 22 countries across North America and Europe, plus South Korea. Visit
xbox.com/regions for details. This is the first stage of a multi-year journey and we will be adding more countries over time."

I recommend that you visit

Microsoft's new cloud gaming service has launched in the following countries Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden,
Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

The cloud gaming service relies on access to Microsoft's own Azure cloud servers. These server farms also need specific console streaming hardware.

Microsoft does not have Azure servers in every location around the world. Without the servers to connect to, you can't play games via a stream. They can't can't just launch it world wide because excessive distance to the server would make the experience
practically unplayable.

Do you know if the Season Pass will be avaliable in other countries? If so, in which countries will it be avaliable?

It means that xbXb Live is not avaliable in your country
