Discus and support Xcloud launching stream game but never actually starts the game. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I keep getting a message "we are working on the problem" when i start a game up on XCloud on PC.     Xcloud launching stream game but never actually starts the game.


    I keep getting a message "we are working on the problem" when i start a game up on XCloud on PC. Games are working just fine on my phone but not on PC. The stream launches just fine but when the game starts to boot up the screen stays black and i get the message about working on it. Are there actually issues on PC cloud gaming at the moment?

    I see, Carol, ok, that's odd. It should've been working just fine. By any chance you tested on another browser as well, like chrome? Just to make sure.

    Well, it could be just an instability with the service on the PC browsers, but I have tested here in my end, and it did work just fine with both browsers, since you're able to play on your iPhone, that's not the internet connection either, I could be a possible bug with your PC, somehow. I know you are probably on a working environment, but are you able to test it on another PC there?

    I see. You're trying via the browser on PC, have you tried via the Xbox app on your PC? The same thing happens?

    I'm not using the app. I'm on Xcloud through Microsoft Edge browser on PC. Like I said the stream starts just fine and gets all the way to Xbox logo with sound but when the intro credits for the game is supposed to start it's a black screen then I get the message about them working on the problem. Games run just fine on my Iphone through the same service.
