    So, I use XCloud in Australia on my PC and phone.

    A week or two ago, the resolution of XCloud dropped so much that I could see the pixels.
    I thought this was my network playing up, but I asked two of my other friends and they were having the same issue.

    I tried using browser, and the quality was mostly back to normal but the lag/latency was unbearable.
    I'm guessing something is wrong with the servers themselves since it's not just on my end.

    I'm making this post so Microsoft are aware of the issue.

    Please fix this ASAP. I want to play FH5 XCloud in Australia quality issues :(

    Based on everything I'm seeing here my conclusion is this:

    They ran out of resources to supply the OZ market, they probably assumed this was going to happen, but were not sure, that's probably what the "beta" is for, to estimate the actual size of their market in Aus.
    So, because they ran out of servers in Aus to supply the demand the reverted back to the closest they could get, which is probably somewhere in Asia, and this is why the connection is poor, theres not enough bandwidth to keep the quality from that far away so we get poor image quality or lag.

    I think that this will be resolved with time, they probably accounted for that from the beginning, but it sure is frustrating for ppl who want to stream their games and have absolutely no support from them to say what's happening.

    This may or may not be intentional, my assumption is that they also played down the amount of customer support they would need to have to attend their clients...

    Anyway, I hope this gets resolved soon, especially with all the supply and shortage problems that are going on right now.

    Assumptions only so I guess it's not right to say. And my last link I found seems to say otherwise seeing all services are active it says.

    The lag is huge in browser based so I had assumed that is latency caused by heading overseas. Or having poor resolution in app.. But the latency isn't increased for that.. But there are a few reports of the foreign language. But it now cast doubts on my assumption of the australian servers being down...

    Same here with other support.

    Yes geforce now is here. Provided by pentanet Australia. I was a beta tester. Worked really well. I came to xcloud in the hopes due to the included game library, but if it isn't going to be reliable or have support then that's a big blow.

    Same problem here, it was perfect then the xbox app said I needed to update it, after that it all became really bad.
    It may have been a coincidence though bc via the browser the quality did not drop but the games became unplayable, via the app they are still playable but they look like RM videos from 2001, really hard to play that way.

    I'm using FTTB 100mbps connected via cable, not using WIFI or anything like that, and it was perfect before the update, so I doubt that it is my network.

    On top of it all, support became useless, a month or so ago I was able to contact support and talk to actual people, all I can get now is a bot that can't tell the difference between xbox app and xbox series x, hopeless.
