Xcloud Gaming issue

Kindly try and use a different browsers such as Microsoft Edge, DannyGeer.

this is for xcloud app and I’ve tried doing it on my own Xbox but I still have the same issue on xcloud

Why would I request a repair for my controller? It works perfectly fine for all but xCloud. This issue is specific to xCloud.

Using the web browser works fine but when using the android app or the Windows app the wi-fi reduces the data flow to around 1 meg when I have a usual speed of 76 meg. All other apps work fine with the wi-fi data but NOT the cloud gaming apps.

I have the same issue. Xbox support are just a bunch of undertrained monkeys using copy paste responses. 5Ghz my a**! The app is clearly underdeveloped and configurations are messed up. No one seems to bother to investigate the issue, as long as everything works fine in their corporate office.

I have to use phone's tethered connection so then the service runs ok. Using a broadband connection results in a super blurry, unresponsive mess, worse than a high resolution potato.

To microsoft "independent advisors" - please stop posting nonsense like "port forwarding" and "packet loss" and links to troubleshooting pages - these are of no help. It's messed up that a service charges money and then doesn't even bother collecting feedback from the ocmmunity.
