    That's odd, have you tried on Google chrome as well? Kindly clear the browsing history first.

    Hi JordanRnd, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly try and use Microsoft Edge browser or Google Chrome then sign in to https://xbox.com/play. Make sure that you're signed in under the account that has an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    I would recommend checking the subscription first via https://account.microsoft.com/services before using a new tab to sign in to https://xbox.com/play.
