    Xcloud Controller Problem


    Okay to start things off when I'm not having this issue Xcloud is working great so I have no problems with the connection or anything like that. The problem I'm having is when I first launch the app after downloading it everything works perfectly but eventually my joysticks, triggers, and d-pad will just stop working and the only way ive found to fix it is to uninstall the app, unpair the controller and restart my phone and then redownload the app and pair everything back up. This is a brand new controller that is up to date and works perfectly on my Xbox, PC and other apps on my phone with no problem, so the problem is exclusive to the app. I'm using an LG V20 on T-Mobile and ive used Wi-Fi aswell and nothing changes. Ive tried alot of things to try and fix this and I'm not getting anywhere. I haven't seen any other posts about this so I'm not sure what the issue is.

    Do pc wheels work for Xcloud

    Unfortunately, PC wheels are not officially supported on Xcloud at this time.. We recommend using a controller that is officially supported by Xcloud for the best experience. You can find a list of supported controllers on the Xcloud website.

    Why does my Xbox controller not work on the cloud gaming on the xbox app on my pc?

    I had the same issue. The controller worked for navigating through Xbox app. but when a Xcloud game is launched, the inputs stopped working. I force stopped Xbox app and unpaired controller and removed it from Bluetooth devices. After reconnecting, the controller is working in Xcloud games. Hopefully it will fix your problem too. And it is for sure that this error is of Xbox app.

    The Answer is if you trying use the Controller for xCloud, the xCloud is Test Version Yet, you tried make Firmware Update on your Controller ? I Suggest you make Report and give Some Feedback to the xCloud Developer Team

    Why would I request a repair for my controller? It works perfectly fine for all but xCloud. This issue is specific to xCloud.

    I don't think the problem is the controller or just the controller side, probably if you use the controller on your phone to use xCloud it will work normally. And in the cases I've seen, the adapter gave a more reliable connection and freed from these weird bugs.
