    Xcloud Button Mapping Issues With Series X Controller (Wired)


    I am trying to play Xcloud on my Samsung S9. I am using a series X controller that is fully updated and wired. Yet, the button maps are inaccurate and the camera just rotates. Any help would be much appreciated.

    I see, don't know exactly what might have been causing this delay on the series X controller on the Xcloud. By any chance, have you tried the Xcloud on a Windows PC or android device, using your controller, just as a test?

    Xcloud is run on Xbox Series X hardware. At this time you can only use the standard controller with the service. There is no date on when or if this may change.

    Joe, the controller doesn't work for Xcloud, apparently the controller is compatible for when you download the game only.

    And when this button mapping error occurs in xcloud, you will be able to edit again only if you download the game on the PC or console platform.

    So anyway, I advise you to download the game to be able to edit the buttons again, and possibly use the controller.
