hi there,

i change the passwords through the hotmail-account-login. it changed it also for the xbox-login, as accepted. i could sing in on the xbox as well as on the hotmail account.

since the problem with the "my account"-error my amoung of points i made on the xbox while gaming isn't synching wiht the xbox-online-account. meaning, when i log in into live.xbox.com i see a different amount of points.

and when i tried to enter my first way of paymen on the xbox, it shows the errer: wrong zip-code for your region.

all those problems started as i used my hotmail-account on the xbox.

is there a way to completely delete the xbox-account without beeing able to enter the "my account" page?

yes it would appear to be something to with my email account, used a different account and it worked fine. its an hotmail account that i've had for 12 years, got no idea what could be wrong with it or how i can fix it. Have the support people looking at
it.
