XCL Unlock Mistake

Hello,

I just advanced to level 6 on XCL and accidentally chose to unlock sweepstakes tickets instead of a set of avatar rewards. I'm hoping that this can be reversed so I can instead redeem the avatar reward. Please?

No access to Ambassador Forum?

I'm in the same boat and still don't have my XCL badge despite being XCL level 1 (which means I've been in 2 weeks). I would just give it some time as they have been having troubles with the new XCL site and are still working out the bugs.

Q: Once I start down a certain loot path, can I change my mind?

Short answer, no. At Level 3 and Level 6, you are prompted to choose between a sweepstakes-tickets-only option, and an option that includes avatar items as well as a lesser number of tickets. These paths will 'lock' you in for the next three levels. For
instance, if you choose sweepstakes tickets at Level 3, you will only be able to select sweepstakes tickets for Levels 4 and 5. After selecting a given loot path, you cannot opt out of that path. Be sure to choose wisely!

Yeah, I saw that in the FAQ. I was just hoping that maybe an exception could be made and that the folks who run XCL could "set me on the right path" ;-)
