xcl loot for level 12 codes already used

Discus and support xcl loot for level 12 codes already used in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just got to level 12 for xcl and all the codes come up already redeemed.     I just got to level 12 for xcl and all the codes come up already redeemed. How to I get new unused codes?

    I went to the XCL website to claim my loot and it told me the codes were already used. I didn't use them or get the avatar award. Am I stuck without the award or can someone help me out?

    Just an update on this issue:

    -

    Xbox Community Level (XCL) is currently down for maintenance until 8/26.

    -

    You will have to wait until that date to claim your Beta Loot.

    Like I said........ It's a known issue. You can view and recieve loot on the XCL page Untill everything is worked out. You can still be featured on the XCL page at level 5. This is different from the Gamers Spotlight though. GOOD LUCK!!!!

    To increase your XCL level, you need both to meet both an XP and a tenure requirement. Since tenure is not accumulating at the moment due to a bug, you won't be able to raise your XCL level. The current ETA for the bug fix is 30 August. Don't worry, your
    tenure during the bugged period will be added once it's fixed.



    The Ambassador specialisation only requires a certain number of assists (no tenure requirements), so I'm assuming that's the loot level you are talking about (there are different loot trees for the specialistions).
