XCL - Ambassador and Tenure problems

Hey there Gannon,

We are aware of the tenure issues and are working on a fix that should be in place by next week.

It usually takes up to 48 hours for badges and icons to get added but with the new site and all the new ambassadors, that is taking a little longer than usual. If you are still not seeing your badges by next week, please post in the Ambassador forums or PM
Miss Ermine.

Don't worry, even if you aren't showing the badges, your xp and tenure are being calculated and will be credited to you.

In regards to your gamerpic, I'm showing you as having a Borderlands one featuring Lilith. Are you seeing something else?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. Alright, that solves that, still not seeing the badges but i'll wait a few more days just incase because it's only been 3 days.

In regards to the Gamerpic, on the forums it's showing my current picture but back on the XCL site, it's an old self-taken avatar pic and my avatar hasn't looked like the pic for over a year now

Hello again,

I double checked with the ambassador folks and the site only supports avatar pictures not gamer pics. You'll need to take a new avatar pic, changing your gamer pic won't do anything.

In regards to your badge, I'll bubble that up and we'll look into getting that updated for you.

Then how are people higher community levels if they can't gain tenure (a requirement to rank up)? Also doesnt explain the outdated gamerpic...

Hi,

As far as your Ambasasdor related issues they are being looked into. No ones tenure is increasing at all. If you can see your profile you should be able to see your XP going up in that section, it's an almost instantaneous increase on your profile.

You don't have the forum badge just yet because they have to manually add those in so you'd just need to be patient as they are way backed up on getting those added for folks along with a bunch of other problems going on with the new Ambassador site.

When you do get your badge added (probably within a week or so) you'll be able to take a look at the Ambassador Support forum
here that has a sticky on it that explains all these problems.
