netflix and amazon are in 4k when signal is good but hulu is 1080 and below

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to help with your Xbox disconnecting when you try those apps.

I can understand how this kind of thing could be pretty concerning. I would say that if you haven't already, you might want to try the steps outlined in Xbox
One Disconnect Solution to hopefully resolve this problem.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, I would also suggest a soft factory reset of the console by following the steps outlined in

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and selecting the option reset and keep my games & apps. Before you do so, make sure that your network is in fact alright and easy to access and that you know the sign-in info for
any account (as they will need to be redownloaded) on that console so that the process goes smoothly.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

After all of actions what you did, i think it's hardware problem with internal wifi module.

Probably it's maybe high load of wi-fi module, if you are watching the Netflix in 4k resolution

no on insider program, whatever that is, other console speeds for ps4p it hits from 30-300mbs and my phone is 40-400mps at any given time, xbx1s speed is 20-300mps. Have yet to try wired connection at new address but was wired before with no problems and
had no problems for 1st few weeks after move till the last 2 system updates

Just a few questions dear friend. Are you part of an insider program? Have you tried a factory reset with option keep my games and apps? It is described here.
Is it only with wifi or also with cable connection? Have you tried to set up wi fi on xbox again? Your download speed on your other devices?
