    [XBX1] Friends list completely glitching out


    After the new update(for Preview Program members) when people go to add me, they don't show up on my followers list. My number of followers stay the same. This has happened to the last four people who have tried to add me. I also have been adding people
    and there followers number doesn't go up either and they don't receive my friend requests. Notifications don't show up either when someone adds me. Tried checking smart glass and doesn't show up either.

    Contact customer support and all they sent me was two links one on how to add people and another explaining what friends, favorites, and followers were. This as you can imagine didn't help at all.

    friends list completely busted

    having an issue where my online friends are appearing in the online and offline section, completely replacing my offline friends in the process. It also does not update me on what anyone is currently doing which can be very annoying. I have tried all means
    of actions and even contacted support but nothing seems to be working. Ultimately it leads me to think that there is an error with the preview programme regards the friends list. Any help or fixes would be greatly appreciated

    Friendlist vanished after deleting and refreshing my account.

    Sorry to hear about the friend list troubles! To start out, are you able to view your friends over here on Xbox.com? Or is your friend list completely missing?

    This has been happening to a lot of people.

    Doesn't really effect anything major.

    .

    Happens to me too, and it's always the same person not reading properly.

    Hey there, patar!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with your friends list! I can verify that you have been accepted into the Insider Program, however it does not look like a console is enrolled in the program currently. This means that you wouldn't be affected by anything in the
    program itself.

    Are you able to post back with troubleshooting steps you've already completed? I want to make sure I get you the right steps, but also don't want to have you do something that you've already done.
