Xbx One not allowing us to sign into user profiles

Discus and support Xbx One not allowing us to sign into user profiles in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My bf and I use our xbox one to stream netflix snand tonight we went to access it and we are unable to log in to either of our user profiles.     Xbx One not allowing us to sign into user profiles


    My bf and I use our xbox one to stream netflix snand tonight we went to access it and we are unable to log in to either of our user profiles. An error message pops up saying "we couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing
    in to account.live.com. sign in. 0x87dd0006" we've tried multiple times for the past 15 minutes with no luck.

    Won't sign in to XBox Live

    This is a common issue, sign out of your profile, take the console offline under network settings, do not shutdown but under settings go to restart console, then sign into your network and back into your profile. This will force your profile to sync to the
    cloud servers thus allowing you to connect to live features

    i thoguht it was only allowed to be used in co-op not without the other profile being signed in

    [/quote]I wouldn't count on that. Your Gold can be registered to the Xbox One console so other users, signed into their own profiles, can use Gold features at the same time you're logged in to your Xbox 360, but I doubt you can sign into the same profile
    on two devices. Microsoft doesn't even allow you to sign into Games For Windows LIVE and Xbox at the same time. Of course, I could be completely wrong about the Xbox One in this case. If so, you have my sincerest apologies.
