XboxX is saying no disc when I try to access game even though the disc is already inserted,?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues with your Xbox disc drive. To make sure that what you are experiencing is not related to your device cache, I would recommend that you perform a power cycle. Please note that this is different from a regular restart, Kindly follow the steps below.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 50 seconds.

Important: Make sure that you wait at least 50 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

If you're still experiencing issues, I would recommend that you reset your console just to eliminate any possible issues with corrupted system files.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all installed content will be deleted. Use this option when selling or gifting the console, or as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.

If none of the previous steps resolved the problem, your console may need service. Submitting an online repair request is the fastest and least expensive way to get your console repaired.

Get started on your request by signing in at https://support.microsoft.com/devices and selecting Register new device. After you've registered, you’ll see the warranty status for your device.

Try this

Insert the game disc. Even though the game might already be installed on this Xbox, we need the physical disc to check the license before we can launch it.If the disc is already loaded, see if it’s dirty or scratched.
If needed, wipe the disc with a soft, clean, slightly damp cloth. Hold the disc by the edges without touching the top or bottom faces.Then re-insert it and try launching again.

So I was able to download it through the Xbox mobile app but now it just says insert disc even though I already did

Ok, Ill give it a shot. Just put in battlefield four. It made a loud buzzing sound for a second or two and now it says to insert disc. But the disc is already in it. Im starting to think the disc reader is faulty. Like I said though, Ill try your suggestion.

I installed flight simulator 2020 but when I try tp play the message says insert Disc ,I preorder already
