XboxSX audio goes choppy and pressing the Home button only opens the shut off Xbox menu.

Have you attempted to check your input for your Console to your Monitor / TV and it's Refresh rate.

If so I'd recommend checking that via the Console's Display Settings, and clicking refresh rate.

This should solve your laggy issue, if it looks shuddery

shut off the xbox, press and hold the sync button and power button until the safe menu comes up

I've had this issue with other games whereby if the game is left open progress reverts back so may have a temp solution while getting in touch with the game developers.

When shutting the Xbox first "save" or auto save and then return to the main menu of the game. Once here go to home > press the menu button on the game and close the game fully before switching off the Xbox.

Or I believe press and hold the power button on the controller and theres an option to press the menu button (I think) to turn it on/off in the shut down menu.

On the Home screen, move right and select My games & apps.
Select Queue and highlight the game you're trying to download.
Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Cancel.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
Select Settings.
Select Restart console.
Select Yes to confirm.
Note If you're unable to access the guide or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again
to restart.
