    Hi, I can not play online in my xbox one because it asks me to update my subscription, but I have the updated twngo., Please I need help, since I get tired of writing to xboxsupport and I never get an answer

    An Open Letter to XBox Customer Advocacy

    This is what I always fear when it comes to using any tech support ever. I hope everything gets resolved, because usually, Xbox is pretty good about getting things settled.

    Have you considered contacted Xbox support through twitter? I've used them for a lot of things and they have helped me a lot;

    I'm not sure what "twngo" is, but if you've recently added Gold time to your account (and your Xbox is still not letting you play online), I suggest giving your console a
    power cycle to help refresh the system cache.

    They may or may not be able to help but @ XboxSupport on twitter have never let me down.

    Purchased 3 Month during Rocket League Promo, still haven't received my Code for the game.

    Same thing here. @XboxSupport told me codes would be sent on July 31, but I never received it. @XboxSupport has not yet replied to my tweet asking if they were sent out. I got on a chat with support a few minutes ago and he was unable to help me because
    the promo post on the Rocket League site lacked so many details (such as when codes were supposed to be sent). He directed me to post here. This might be the most poorly handled promotion I've seen.
