Xbox's stupid rules on smack talk

im still trying to understand how games are rated m for mature meaning 17+ (basically an adult) that have violence, sex, profanity, nudity and everything in between that you can think of but as soon as you talk smack to someone else it has to be kept PG.
I got banned for talking smack to someone. Id understand if there were threats made or someone felt unsafe or maybe personal info was being put out, but to get banned just for talking crap like ANYONE does on a competitive game is completely beyond me. And
not only did i get muted/banned yesterday for that. But I get on Xbox today, haven't played at all yet or even been on prior to that and come to find out I got banned again, this time for harassment (about 5 mins before I have even been on today yet) so im
not sure what that's about. Nonetheless Xbox has no enforcement hotline or anything, just that **** questionnaire that asks you questions that 90% of people wouldnt know anyway like "suspensions are issued within minutes of violation, true or false?" like
we, the players are supposed to know that. And once you fail that you can't appeal it again for 24 hrs. So basically there's no way to speak with anyone who could change a wrong suspension. Just have to wait it out unless you wanna try to answer the questionnaire
that you probably won't know the answer to. All in all I'm very disappointed with Xbox and I've been a gold member for 10 years now. After this today I think I'll be getting rid of live. You'd think as big as live is, they'd have a enforcement hotline to fix
wrongdoings. I'm fed up with it.

I strongly believe that the report button is abused there have been cases where people talk smack to me on xbox and when I say something back they just report me and i get communications ban, hello!! That's trolling one of your stupid code of conducts stupid
enforcement team it's unbelievable

im not blaming him, I'm just saying smack talk should not get someone banned

 

Since when does a game rating affect online interaxtions?

Here is a hint online interactions are NOT RATED

M rating of a game only prevents children from buying games not playing

It's not rocket science

Use common sense

didnt know everyone was such babies nowadays that they can't handle a little smack talk. That's what happens in competitive games, people talk crap. It's not rocket science. Here's a hint if it's rated m for mature for all those following reasons included
profanity then I get banned for it. It's kind of hypocritical. Basically people need to stop being such p ussys and learn to deal with a little bit of it. Aint no one getting hurt from being talked crap to.

 

Either way that's not my biggest problem. I can understand some of that and I got muted for it. What I don't understand is why I got banned today after the fact that I already got muted yesterday for it . And there's no way of repealing it or contacting
someone except that stupid ass questionnaire which asks you questions that I'm not sure how you're supposed to know. Or they word it terrible so you end up picking the wrong answer

 

And just for the record like you said online interactions are not rated which means if you're gonna play an adult rated game then you should expect some adult rated language and not be able to be muted for talking a little crap.
